At this independent healthcare equity research boutique, worked with analysts covering biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. Designed new templates for variety of reports. Performed formatting, writing, editing, publishing functions. Created content management systems, document filing, retrieval, archival, removal. Produced finished copy for print and electronic publication, fostering timely distribution of research internally and to institutional clients.

Sample Report - Morning Call: Template for daily product that contained brief synopses of formal research reports, stock picks, market commentary, etc. (MS Word). In addition to these two templates, I developed many other standard report templates that varied in structure depending upon their content and purpose. For example, Conference Call, Medical Meeting, Industry Report, Quarterly Update and Initiation of Coverage templates.
Marketing Presentation: Presentation about the firm for its salespeople to take on marketing trips. (PowerPoint)
Intranet Presentation: I created the company's first Intranet site (using HTML, CSS and Microsoft FrontPage) and managed it daily. This presentation (PowerPoint) describes the features of that site, which included a proprietary internal publishing system.
